Broken Bones BBQ was started with a passion to create the very best barbecue, period. Owner, Randy Jensen, began his quest by enlisting the taste buds of some good friends who have traveled the country experiencing some of the best and most famous BBQ restaurants.
Teaming with experienced pit master Robert Clark, Randy and his friends set out to taste different recipes and combinations of spices until they were just right.
Once the recipes were dialed in, Randy met Robert and with his consistent execution and a no-shortcuts approach to cooking great barbecue, life is good. Premium meats smoked low and slow with select hardwoods, savory spices, original house-made sauces, and tasty side dishes made fresh daily. Together with a passion to see people smile from ear to ear when they eat, we believe this is the best recipe for a great BBQ experience!
Broken Bones BBQ is all about great food. While food is an important part of life, so are relationships and the communities we live in. We love helping local groups and organizations, and have participated in events for local schools, churches, and the Air Force Academy. We love to impress with our food and service.
